What is Leadership?

Leadership is the  process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task. 

Leadership is one of the process that somebody have in their life and this is a good thing in the people. Leadership is "organizing a group of people to achieve a common goal"

What is a Leader?

A leader:

Ø Is the person that proposed

Ø Help a group move ahead with their ideas

Ø Is  pending of everyone and everything

Ø Cares for everyone and not just for him

Ø Listen to other people
